Mate Factor Shipping Policies
The Maté Factor offers Free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States & US Territories.
For both Ground and Free shipping we use either USPS, FedEx Smartpost, FedEx Ground or 3 Day Express at our discretion. We strive to ship your order on the same day it was ordered (M-Fri) if placed before 11am for USPS or 1pm for FedEx (EST). When your order has been processed you will get an email receipt and when it is shipped you will get a tracking email. With both Ground and Free shipping your order typically arrives within 1 to 5 business days, if there are no holidays. We ship your order from our warehouse in Asheville, NC.
One option for trying out our teas without spending alot of money is to order 1-2 boxes of teabags and ship it USPS First Class for around $3. We also often include teabag samples with your order.
*Note: Our Mate' Bars are made fresh thru the week and can be delayed in shipping by a few days. (Mainly for large orders) Also if your favorite products aren't seen on the website, they are temporarily out of stock. If you wish you can contact customer service to get an idea when they will be available again.
We do ship to PO Boxes, APO & FPO addresses. At checkout choose USPS First Class, Priority Mail or if Ground shipping is cheaper you can choose that as well but typically takes longer to arrive via FedEx Smartpost. We cannot ship items via FedEx Express to PO Boxes or APO & FPO addresses.
We gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico & The US Virgin Islands. Simply choose your state on the drop down menu and get a quote, if you run into any difficulty please give us a call.
If you would like your order delivered quicker than Ground Shipping please choose the appropriate FedEx Express method at checkout and we will ship your order as soon as possible to meet your request.
For International inquires, please email us a list of what you would like to order along with your complete address and we can put a quote together for you, our minimum is $100 USD, plus shipping costs. All international orders are shipped FedEx with signature required at delivery.
